By engaging the services of Moments Photo Book Concierge (operated by Palconit Digital Marketing Services), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before booking.
Moments provides a full-service photo book concierge including photo curation, layout design, printing coordination, premium packaging, and delivery. All services are personally handled by Karen Nielsen Palconit.

All packages are hardcover with 200gsm matte or gloss paper as standard. The base price includes professional photo curation, layout design, digital proof, printing, gift-ready packaging, and Metro Manila delivery. Optional upgrades — heavier paper, Digital Edition, Cinematic Edition — are itemized on the Service Agreement and added to the base price.
Timeline starts once you've submitted all your photos for curation, not the day you book.
Rush processing (+₱2,000) is available for Kwento and Alaala, subject to availability. For Pamana rush, please discuss availability before booking. Provincial clients should add 3–7 business days for LBC/JRS shipping. Peak season (October–January, Valentine's week) may add 5–7 buffer days.
A revision round consists of one consolidated set of written feedback provided within five (5) business days of receiving the digital proof. Additional rounds beyond those included are billed at ₱500–₱1,000 per round.
Nothing goes to print without your written approval. Once you confirm "Approved for printing," Moments is not responsible for any errors approved by the client in the final proof.
The base package already includes everything needed for a beautiful finished book. The upgrades below are optional and discussed during consultation. Selected upgrades are itemized on the Service Agreement and added to the base price.

Your photos stay yours. By sending them to us, you let Moments use them only to design, print, and deliver your photo book.
You confirm you have the right to use the photos you send — including permission from the photographer and people in the photos, where needed. If anyone makes a claim about photos you sent, you handle it, not us.
The book's design, layout, and curation are Moments' original creative work. You may use the finished book personally and as a gift; Moments keeps the design rights.
Moments will only feature photos of your finished book (not your personal photos) in our portfolio or marketing if you sign the consent box on the Service Agreement. You can say no without affecting the service or price.
Moments handles your files carefully. If anything goes wrong — lost files, printing problems, delivery delays — our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the project. Moments is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost time, lost opportunity, emotional distress).
Slight color differences between the digital proof and the printed book are normal and not a defect. If there is a genuine printing defect, Moments coordinates a reprint at no extra cost.
If something outside our control delays or prevents the work — typhoons or natural disasters, power or internet outages, government lockdowns, courier strikes, supplier failures — Moments pauses the project and resumes when conditions allow. Your deposit stays credited to the project.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila.
