Moments takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data and photographs in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

1. Who We Are

Moments Photo Book Concierge is operated by Palconit Digital Marketing Services, a sole proprietorship registered in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines, owned and operated by Karen Nielsen Palconit.

2. What Personal Data We Collect

Your full name, contact number, email address, and social media handles — for communication and invoicing
Digital photographs and images you submit for inclusion in your photo book
Story notes, captions, and narrative context you share during consultation
Payment transaction references (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer reference numbers)
Basic transaction records retained for BIR compliance
Inquiry form data submitted through moments.ph

3. Why We Collect Your Data

Designing, producing, and delivering your commissioned photo book
Communicating with you regarding project progress, proof reviews, and delivery
Issuing Service Invoices as required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue
Responding to your inquiries submitted via our contact form

4. How We Protect Your Data

All digital client files are stored in Google Drive protected by two-factor authentication (2FA)
Access restricted solely to Karen Nielsen Palconit and any authorized print partner
Your photographs are never shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party except as required for printing or by law
Physical proofs containing your images are securely disposed of after project completion

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

Your digital files are retained for a maximum of six (6) months after delivery. You may request early deletion at any time by emailing hello@moments.ph. Deletion will be completed within fifteen (15) business days.

6. Your Rights Under the Data Privacy Act

Right to be Informed — You have the right to know how your data is collected, used, and stored
Right to Access — You may request access to your personal data at any time
Right to Rectification — You may request correction of inaccurate personal data
Right to Erasure or Blocking — You may request deletion of your personal data
Right to File a Complaint — You may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission
