For Photographers & Studios

The album partner your studio has been outsourcing to itself.

Hardcover photo book production for Filipino wedding, portrait, and family photographers. White-label or co-branded. Curation and design handled for you. Studio bulk pricing.

If you run a wedding, portrait, or family photography studio in the Philippines, you already know the pattern. The photographs come back from the shoot, the client gets the digital deliverable, and the conversation about a printed album either never happens or happens late. Either you absorb the layout work yourself — nights and weekends building album spreads in InDesign — or the client orders the album from a self-serve site that does not match the quality of your shoot. Moments is the third option.

We are a hardcover photo book studio based in Quezon City, and we work as the album-production partner for a small group of Filipino photographers and studios. You hand off the finished photo set; we curate, design, print, bind, and deliver the album under your studio's brand or co-branded with ours, depending on which model fits your business.

Why offer photo book albums to your clients

Three reasons photographers we work with start offering hardcover albums — or shift their album volume to us from another partner.

The album is the deliverable that survives. The Dropbox link the client opens once after the wedding. The hardcover album sits on the coffee table for the next forty years. For the client, the printed album is the artifact they associate with the shoot — long after they have forgotten which Lightroom preset you used.

Album revenue is meaningful margin. A ₱10,000 hardcover album upgrade on top of a wedding package is the difference between a profitable client and a marginal one, especially for studios in the ₱50,000–₱200,000 wedding bracket. Most clients do want a printed album; they just need the offering to be presented well and the production to be handled for them.

The layout work is not where your time creates value. Your value to the client is the shoot, the editing, and the relationship. The eight hours of InDesign layout per album is time you could be spending on the next client, on marketing, or on rest. Outsourcing the album build is the same logic as outsourcing the editing to a retoucher, only further along the pipeline.

How the photographer partnership works

The workflow on a partner album is intentionally lightweight on your end.

Handoff. You send us a Dropbox or Google Drive folder of the finished, color-corrected high-resolution files for the album, plus a short brief: client names, occasion, page count target, any specific requests from the client, and any narrative notes (which spreads matter most, family members to highlight, the moments the client wants to make sure are included).

Curation and design. We curate down to the album-appropriate selection, sequence the spreads into a narrative arc, and design every page individually. Our default treatment is editorial — quiet, photo-led, generous white space — but we adapt to your studio's design language. If you have an existing aesthetic preference (specific cover-photo style, particular fonts, a sequence pattern you favor for weddings), tell us at intake and we will match it.

Proof and approval. We send a digital proof for your review. You either approve directly or forward to the client for their input, depending on how your studio handles client involvement. After approval we print on 200gsm paper, hardcover bind, package, and ship to either your studio for in-person handover, or directly to the client at your direction.

Three branding models

White-label

The album and its packaging carry your studio brand only. No Moments mark anywhere on the deliverable. The client receives the album as a product of your studio. Most established studios choose this model.

Co-branded

Your studio brand on the cover, endpaper, or front matter. Moments name in fine print on the back of the book or in the colophon. A common middle ground for studios that want to cite their production partner without diluting their own brand.

Referral

The album ships under the Moments brand and we credit you as the photographer in the design. Suited for one-off projects or for studios that prefer not to manage the album line themselves but want to refer clients to a trusted partner.

We can also produce branded sleeves or presentation boxes for white-label and co-branded projects — useful when you want the unboxing experience to feel cohesive with the rest of your client deliverables.

"Your value to the client is the shoot, the edit, and the relationship. The eight hours of InDesign layout per album is time you could be spending on the next client."

Studio pricing

Album pricing for partner studios is structured around our retail packages with volume discounts for studios that send consistent monthly work. Retail rates: Kwento (8" × 8", up to 40 pages) starts at ₱3,500. Alaala (11" × 8.5", up to 80 pages) at ₱6,500. Pamana (12" × 12", up to 100 pages) at ₱14,000. Studios that send multiple albums per quarter typically qualify for 15–25% off these rates.

Partner pricing is per-project rather than contract-based — there is no minimum commitment, no monthly retainer, and no exclusivity requirement. You send us projects when they fit your client mix; we discount based on what we have produced for you in the trailing months. Email us with your rough monthly album volume and the typical book size you offer, and we will reply with a partner quote.

Sample copies and studio display

For studios actively offering album upgrades to clients, we recommend keeping one or two sample copies in your studio for clients to handle in person. The hardcover quality, the paper feel, and the binding are easier to sell with a physical sample than with a website link. Sample copies for partner studios are available at our standard retail price — we do not discount these since they function as your marketing investment, not as ongoing volume.

Turnaround for partner albums

Standard turnaround matches retail: Kwento 3–4 weeks, Alaala 4–5 weeks, Pamana 5–6 weeks from receipt of the photo set. Established studio partners with predictable monthly volume can pre-book production slots for upcoming wedding seasons — useful for the November to February high-volume window when standard slots fill up. Rush processing (₱2,000 add-on, 7–10 day total turnaround) is also available for partner projects on tight client deadlines.

Frequently Asked Questions — Studio Partnership

Yes. Studios that send us multiple albums per quarter qualify for partner pricing — typically 15–25% off our retail rates depending on volume. Partner pricing is structured per-project rather than as a recurring contract, so there is no minimum commitment. Email [email protected] with a rough estimate of your monthly album volume and the typical book size you offer your clients, and we will reply with a partner quote.

Yes. We offer three branding models: full white-label (book and packaging carry your studio brand only, no Moments mark), co-branded (your studio brand on the cover or endpaper, Moments name in fine print on the back of the book), and referral (the book ships under the Moments brand and we credit you as the photographer in the design treatment). Most studio partners use white-label or co-branded. We can also include your studio's branded sleeve or presentation box.

You send us your finished photo deliverable (typically a Dropbox or Google Drive folder of edited high-resolution files) and a brief on the client and the book — wedding date, couple names, narrative notes, anything specific the client requested. We curate down to album-appropriate selection, sequence, design every spread, and send you a digital proof. You review (and forward to the client if you want their input). After approval we print, bind, package, and ship — to your studio for in-person handover with the client, or directly to the client at your direction.

Standard turnaround for partner albums matches retail: Kwento (8" × 8", up to 40 pages) 3–4 weeks, Alaala (11" × 8.5", up to 80 pages) 4–5 weeks, Pamana (12" × 12", up to 100 pages) 5–6 weeks, all from receipt of the photo set. Established studio partners with consistent monthly volume can often schedule production slots in advance for upcoming wedding seasons, which compresses the effective lead time.
