Yes. Every album is logged and photographed on pickup, handled in a clean, smoke-free workspace, and returned to you in the same condition. Your albums stay in our care the entire time and are never shipped off to a third party.
Only if you want us to. We can scan photos right in the album, or gently remove them for the cleanest result and place them back exactly as they were. Photos under plastic film scan with slight glare, so removing them gives the sharpest scans — but it's always your choice.
It depends on how many photos you have. After the free pickup we count everything and give you a firm turnaround and final quote before any work begins. Most family-album orders are ready within one to three weeks.
