Share your printed book as a private online edition with relatives across the Philippines and abroad. Same beautiful layout, viewable on any phone — page by page, just like the real thing.
More than 10 million Filipinos live and work overseas. The printed photo book sits on one family’s shelf — but the love it captures belongs to all of them. The Digital Edition is how you send a photo book to family abroad without ever putting it in a box. Every relative, in every country, gets a window into the same moments.
What You Get
A private online edition, made for the way families share.
For OFW family photo book projects especially, the digital edition is what makes the printed book reach the people it was made for. Share a photo book online with the Philippines and the rest of the world — without ever copying a file to a USB or paying for international shipping.
A private link, only for the people you choose
Your digital edition is unlisted — no one finds it on Google, no one stumbles across it. Add an optional password for extra peace of mind. Share it with your family on Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, or by email — wherever they already talk.
Designed for phones first
Tito in Dubai, Lola in Cebu, your sister in Toronto — almost everyone will open it on a phone. As an online photo book, Philippines viewers and overseas relatives both get pages that turn smoothly, photos that load clearly, and an experience that feels like holding the real book in their hand.
12 months online, plus a copy that’s yours forever
Your digital edition lives at a private link on moments.ph for 12 months from delivery. We also send you a downloadable backup the same day — so even after the public link retires, you keep your own copy on your computer or hard drive, viewable any time, no internet needed.
How It Works
We design once, deliver twice.
01
You order your printed book
The Digital Edition is added at booking — it’s not a separate service. Choose any package (Kwento, Alaala, or Pamana) and mention the Digital Edition add-on when you message us. We’ll include it in your order during the consultation conversation.
02
We design once, deliver twice
After your printed book layout is approved, we prepare the digital edition from the same final files. Same photos, same captions, same story.
03
You share the link, and you keep the file
We send you a private viewing link with optional password — share it with your family however you like. We also send you a downloadable backup file you keep forever. Two copies, one beautiful book.

Is this the same as the paper flipbook souvenir at weddings and debuts?
No, those are completely different products. The “flipbook” you might know from event photo booths is a small paper booklet of action shots that animates when you flip the pages — usually offered by event photo booth vendors. The Digital Edition is the online version of a printed Moments photo book, viewable on any phone, tablet, or computer. We don’t offer event photo booth services, and event photo booth vendors don’t offer what we offer.
Is this a separate service from the printed book?
No. The Digital Edition is only available as an add-on to a Kwento, Alaala, or Pamana package. We don’t offer it as a standalone product because the work that goes into curating and designing the printed book is what makes the digital edition meaningful.
How long does the digital edition stay online?
The shareable link stays active for 12 months from the day we deliver it. After that, the link goes offline and the files are removed from our server. But — and this is the important part — we also send you a downloadable backup of the same files at delivery. You can save it on your computer, hard drive, or cloud storage and keep it forever. So even after the public link retires, you’ll always have your own copy.
What’s the downloadable backup, and how do I use it?
It’s a zip file containing the same digital edition that lives at your private link on moments.ph — the photos, the page-turning viewer, everything bundled together. To open it, unzip the folder and double-click the file called “index.html” — it opens in your normal web browser and works exactly like the online version, except it runs from your own computer (so you don’t even need internet). If you’re comfortable with web hosting, you can also upload the same files to your own website.
Will you remind me before the 12 months is up?
Yes. We send you an email at month 10 (60 days before expiry) and another at month 11 (30 days before expiry), so you’re never caught off guard. Both emails confirm that you still have your downloadable backup. If you’ve misplaced it, we’ll resend it at no charge.
Can my family download the photos from the digital edition?
By default, no — the digital edition is for viewing, not for downloading individual photos. If you want to give specific family members access to the original files, we can arrange that separately. This protects your photos from being saved and reshared without your knowledge.
What if my OFW family member has slow internet?
The digital edition is optimized for low-bandwidth viewing. The first page loads first, and the rest load as they’re needed. It works on most internet connections, including mobile data.
Can I include videos in my digital edition?
Videos are not part of the standard ₱750 fee, but we can add up to three short video clips for an additional ₱500. Discuss this at your consultation.
Will my family need to make an account or download an app?
No. They click the link, the page opens in their normal browser (Safari, Chrome, whatever they already use), and they can start viewing. If you’ve added a password, they enter it once. That’s all.
Can I update the digital edition later if I add photos or change something?
Once the digital edition is delivered, it’s locked to match your printed book exactly. If you want changes after delivery, we charge a ₱500 update fee. This is to protect the integrity of your original story.
Is the link safe to share in a public Facebook group?
It is, but we don’t recommend it. Even though search engines won’t index the link, anything posted publicly can be screenshotted or forwarded. The safest sharing happens in private group chats — Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber — with people you trust.

Some moments are too big for one shelf.
If your family is spread across cities, provinces, or continents, the Digital Edition makes sure no one is left out of the story. Add it to your package when you book — or talk to Karen first if you have questions.
