Hardcover photo books for QC families — weddings at Sacred Heart, baptisms at Holy Family, debuts and 7th birthdays, OFW homecomings, La Loma memorials. We are based in Quezon City and we know the calendar your family lives by.
Moments is a photo book concierge service based in Quezon City. We were founded here, we work here, and most of the families we serve are within thirty minutes of our studio. If you are looking for a custom hardcover photo book in QC — for a wedding, a christening, a debut, a homecoming, an Undas remembrance, a milestone birthday — this page is the right place to start.
What we do is straightforward: you send us your photos, we curate and design every page, we print on premium 200gsm hardcover stock, and we deliver to your door anywhere in QC at no cost. The first conversation is usually a Viber message or an email. From there, we set up a private Google Drive folder for your photos, send a design proof for review, and ship the finished book to your address. Most QC clients never need to visit us in person, though we can arrange studio handover for clients who prefer it.
Our QC client list reads like a map of the diocese. Wedding photo books from couples who got married at Sacred Heart Shrine on Wilson, Mary the Queen on E. Rodriguez, the UP Chapel of the Risen Lord, Christ the King on Greenmeadows. Baptismal and christening books from families whose children were baptized at Holy Family Cubao, Our Lady of Sacred Heart in Loyola Heights, the Santuario de San Antonio communities. First Communion books from Ateneo, Miriam, Saint Pedro Poveda, Saint Paul. Debut photo books from QC daughters whose parties were held at the Manila Polo Club ballroom, Annabel's, Hizon's, or at home in Project 6.
We also see the quieter occasions. The OFW homecoming photo book that an adult daughter in Maginhawa orders for her father returning from the Gulf after fifteen years. The seventieth birthday book that a Lola in Loyola Heights receives from her four adult children on a Sunday afternoon. The memorial book a New Manila family commissions in October for a parent buried at La Loma, ready before Undas. Quezon City families have their own rhythm of remembering, and a photo book is one of the ways that rhythm becomes something you can hold.
The Philippines has plenty of self-serve photo book websites. You upload your photos to a template-based editor, drag images into pre-set layouts, click submit, and a printed book arrives at your door. For some buyers that is exactly the right fit — especially for travel albums or low-stakes books where the design effort is part of the fun.
What we do is different. The Filipino families who come to Moments tend to be making books where the stakes are high — a wedding, a memorial, a once-in-a-lifetime homecoming — and the curation effort feels like work they do not want to do themselves. They have eight thousand photos on their phone, scattered Facebook archives, an old hard drive full of scanned negatives, and three siblings with conflicting opinions about which photos to use. They want the editorial choice made for them by someone who has done this hundreds of times before. That is the service.
We curate. We sequence. We design. We print on archival paper. We deliver. You review one proof and approve. Read more about our curation process if you want to understand what changes when someone else makes the editorial choices for you.
Delivery in Quezon City is free. We use either our own runner or a local courier depending on your area — UP Diliman and Loyola Heights, Cubao and New Manila, Project 1 through 8, Maginhawa and the V. Luna stretch, San Francisco del Monte and West Triangle, Novaliches and Fairview, Commonwealth and Batasan. Outside Metro Manila we ship via LBC or JRS at provincial rates. International shipping is available for QC families with relatives in the United States, Canada, the UAE, or Australia who want a copy sent abroad.
Standard Kwento books take 3–4 weeks from final photo submission. Alaala 4–5 weeks. Pamana 5–6 weeks. Rush processing for Kwento and Alaala is available for QC clients on a tighter timeline for an add-on of ₱2,000 — subject to capacity. Send us a message early if you have a hard deadline (a wedding date, a flight home, a 60th birthday) and we can confirm whether rush is workable.
If you live in QC, the year has a shape. February is debut season. May and June are weddings. The end of August through October is when families start asking about Undas memorial books for La Loma and Manila North. December is a flood of Christmas-gift photo books and homecoming books for OFW family members flying in for the holidays. January is when newly-married couples start asking about hardcover wedding albums to commemorate the December wedding they just had.
We try to plan ahead with QC families on this calendar. If you are getting married in November and want a photo book completed before your December anniversary celebration, talk to us in October. If your apo is graduating in March and you want the book ready for the family despedida dinner, talk to us in late January. Standard turnaround plus revisions plus delivery — build in six weeks of headroom and the book arrives without anyone needing to rush.
